Restructuring Developments in the Cayman Islands and UK

Join Conyers Partner and Co-Head of Cayman Islands Litigation & Restructuring Jonathon Milne on Tuesday 6 June at 11:30am (Cayman time) for a virtual panel discussion on Restructuring Developments in the Cayman Islands and UK.

A joint event between the IWIRC Cayman Islands and London Networks, the session will start with an introduction to the restructuring and insolvency landscape in both jurisdictions, before exploring recent cases and developments using the restructuring officer regime introduced in the Cayman Islands in August 2022 and UK restructuring plans. The panel of legal and financial experts from each jurisdiction will explore the differences and advantages of their respective restructuring landscapes.
