James Mabey is an Associate in the Private Client & Trust department in Conyers’ Bermuda office. Prior to joining Conyers, James practiced for over eight years at a firm in Lincoln’s Inn, London.
James’ experience covers a broad spectrum of private client work, including succession planning, the preparation of Wills, advising on the creation, administration and termination of trusts, administering estates and advising on issues relating to mental capacity.
Having moved offshore to Conyers’ Bermuda office, James’ practice now involves the creation of international trust structures, resettling trusts, advising settlors, trustees and protectors on the interpretation and administration of trusts and private trust company structuring.
