Kyle Wu is a Paralegal in the Asia Disputes & Restructuring Group (“ADRG”) in the Hong Kong office of Conyers. He joined Conyers in 2017. He is a fluent English, Cantonese, and Mandarin speaker.
Kyle works in full spectrum of cross-border dispute resolution with particular experiences in shareholders’ dispute (minority oppression claim), derivative action, and urgent grant/ discharge of injunctive reliefs, and appointment/removal of PLs/JPLs applications. He has been involved in a numbers of high net-value dispute cases in all three jurisdictions.
