Linda Martin is a Director and Head of the London office of Conyers Dill & Pearman.

With over 20 years of legal experience in the Cayman Islands, London, New York and Hong Kong, Linda’s practice covers all aspects of corporate and finance. She has extensive experience in structured finance, capital markets, Islamic finance and banking transactions, as well as advising leading investment banks on their fund linked products and derivatives and financing businesses. Linda has also advised on a wide range of corporate and commercial transactions, including preference share financings, listings, shareholder agreements, joint venture structures, mergers and PIK financings.

Linda has been consistently ranked by Chambers, which most recently noted that she is “acclaimed for her extensive experience in the Cayman Islands”. Legal 500 also describes Linda as a “technically strong lawyer”.
