Noel Ng is an Associate in the Hong Kong Corporate practice. She joined Conyers in June 2020.

Noel’s broad practice generally encompasses all aspects of Bermuda, British Virgin Islands and Cayman Islands corporate and commercial law. She focuses on capital markets transactions and corporate and commercial transactions including private equity investments, mergers and acquisitions, pre-IPO financings, initial public offerings and listings of shares of BVI, Cayman and Bermuda companies, and investment fund establishments.
