Pauline Yuen is a Paralegal in the Hong Kong office of Conyers.

Pauline’s practice covers all aspects of corporate and commercial law with particular focus on corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganisations, syndicated loan transactions and project and structured financing. She has extensive experience in private and public equity and debt offerings, including debt financings, pre-IPO financings and initial public offerings on the Main Board and the Growth Enterprise Market of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong and NASDAQ.

Pauline advises investment banks, public and private companies and corporate enterprises on cross-border and multi-jurisdictional aspects of their transactions.
