Sarah Bailey-Munroe is an associate in the litigation department of the Bermuda office of Conyers. Sarah was called to the London bar in 2012 and is a specialist family law practitioner.
Sarah joined Conyers from Fourteen Chambers in London where she had a busy practice encompassing all areas of family law.
Sarah has considerable experience in financial remedy proceedings and is able to assist with complex matters including disputes concerning significant wealth, pre and post nuptial agreements, and where there are issues over assets held within business structures or by trusts.
Sarah also conducts proceedings in relation to children such as child contact arrangements and relocations, or where allegations of harm are in issue.
In addition, Sarah conducts litigation between separating cohabitants in relation to property disputes, and separating parents in respect of financial claims.
