Sarah McLennan is an Associate in the Litigation department in the Cayman Islands office of Conyers.
Sarah’s practice focuses on insolvency litigation. Having practised in London for several years she moved to Practical Law and led the Restructuring & Insolvency team there where she was responsible for the contentious insolvency content. Sarah has been involved in a diverse number of litigation matters for creditors, banks, insolvency office-holders, directors and companies in both corporate and personal insolvency matters including more general commercial litigation including contractual disputes, breaches of restrictive covenants, minority shareholder petitions, the enforcement of judgements, freezing and search and seizure orders.
