Stephanie Bernard is Counsel in the Private Client & Trust practice in the Bermuda office of Conyers Dill & Pearman. She joined Conyers in 2006.

Stephanie has extensive and in-depth experience advising individuals and fiduciaries on all aspects of trust law including international and local estate planning arrangements, wealth management structures, private trust companies and variation of trusts, as well as international and local pensions.

Stephanie co-authored the Bermuda chapter of The World Trust Survey (Oxford University Press). Since 2017 she has been recognised in Legal 500 Caribbean. Stephanie is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.
