Conyers provided Cayman Islands legal advice to AAC Technologies Holdings Inc. (the “Company”) in connection with its issue of an aggregate principal amount of US$388 million 3.00% notes due 2024.
The Company (collectively with its subsidiaries) is one of the world’s leading solutions providers of integrated miniature component solutions for smart devices. Its diversified product portfolio includes miniature acoustics, haptics, radio frequency and precision mechanics, optics components and microelectronic mechanical system components.
