Conyers advised Bacardi Limited, a Bermuda company, on the offering of US$500 million principal amount of its 2.75% Notes due 2026, which completed on 14 July 2016. The Notes are fully and unconditionally guaranteed by Bacardi-Martini B.V., Bacardi Corp., and Bacardi U.S.A. Inc.
