Conyers Dill & Pearman provided Cayman Islands legal advice to Bortex Global Limited (the “Company”) in connection with its HK$500 million initial public offering (IPO) of 20,000,000 public offer shares and 180,000,000 placing shares on the Growth Enterprise Market (GEM) of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited by way of share offer (Stock code: 8118).
Bortex Global Limited manufactures, and exports LED lighting products to customers in North America, Europe and Asia Pacific. The Company offers LED decorative lighting products, which are primarily used for festive decorations, including straight line string, icicle string, beard garland string, crab string, wreath string, flower string, meteor shower string, sphere string, net string, toy, smart string, and tree lights; and LED luminaire lighting products that are primarily used for indoor lighting, such as tube lights, downlights, spotlights, light bulbs, and panel lights. It serves retailers, trading companies and other construction companies. The Company was founded in 2014 and is headquartered in Kwun Tong, Hong Kong.
