Conyers provided British Virgin Islands and Cayman Islands legal advice to BOSC International Company Limited (the “Placing Agent”) in connection with the issuance of US$280 million 4.6% guaranteed credit enhanced notes due 2020, by the Issuer and SCPG Holdings Co., Ltd.
The Placing Agent is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Bank of Shanghai (Hong Kong) Limited.
Counsel Wynne Lau of Conyers’ Hong Kong office advised on the matter, working alongside Mayer Brown and Jingtian & Gongcheng.
