Conyers provided British Virgin Islands and Cayman Islands legal advice to China Aoyuan Group (the “Company”) in connection with its US$188 million 4.8% senior notes due 2021 constituted under an Indenture, secured by guarantees and share charges over BVI and Hong Kong subsidiaries and governed by an existing intercreditor agreement.

The Company is one of the leading property developers in Guangdong province in China and develops composite properties, incorporating healthy living concepts such as sports and health into residential communities.
