Conyers acted as special legal counsel in the Cayman Islands to the Company in connection with the issue by Fantasia Holdings Group Co., Limited (“Fantasia Holdings”) of an aggregate principal amount of US$200 million 14.50% Senior Notes due 2024 (the “Notes”).
Conyers also acted as special legal counsel in the British Virgin Islands to the subsidiary guarantors of Fantasia Holdings, Fantastic Victory Limited and Fantasia Financial Community Group Co., Ltd. in connection with the issuance of the Notes.
The Notes are listed on the Official List of the SGX-ST.
