Conyers acted as special legal counsel in the Cayman Islands to Fantasia Holdings Group Co., Limited (“Fantasia Holdings”) in connection with the issue of an aggregate principal amount of US$250 million 10.875% Senior Notes due 2024 (the “Notes”).
Conyers also acted as special legal counsel in the British Virgin Islands to the subsidiary guarantors of the Company, Fantastic Victory Limited and Fantasia Financial Community Group Co., Ltd. in connection with the issuance of the Notes.
The Notes are listed on the Official List of the SGX-ST.
