Conyers provided British Virgin Islands and Cayman Islands legal advice to Fourace Industries Group Holdings Limited (“Fourace Industries Group”) in connection with its HK$125 million global offering of 625 million shares on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong (Stock Code: 1455).
Established in 1988, Fourace Industries Group manufactures a wide range of domestic appliances specially lifestyle and personal care electrical appliances and markets globally.
