Conyers provided Cayman Islands legal advice to GDS Holdings Limited (the “Company”) in connection with its HK$12,940.8 million dual listing of 160,000,000 shares on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong (Stock code: 9698).
The Company is the largest carrier-neutral data center service provider in China with a 21.9 revenue market share of the carrier-neutral market in 2019, according to iResearch.
