Conyers Dill & Pearman provided Cayman Islands and BVI law advice to GDS Holdings Limited (the “Company”) in connection with its US$192.5 million initial public offering (IPO) of 19,250,000 American depositary shares on Nasdaq, the second largest exchange in the world by market capitalization.
GDS Holdings Limited is a leading developer and operator of high-performance data centres in China. The Company’s facilities are strategically located in China’s primary economic hubs where demand for high-performance data centre services is concentrated. GDS is carrier and cloud neutral, which enables customers to connect to all major PRC telecommunications carriers, and to access a number of the largest PRC cloud service providers, whom GDS hosts in its facilities.
