Conyers advises Genes Tech Group Holdings Company Limited in connection with its HK$55 million IPO

Conyers Dill & Pearman provided Cayman Islands legal advice to Genes Tech Group Holdings Company Limited (“Genes Tech Group” of the “Company”) in connection with its HK$55 million initial public offering of 500,000,000 shares on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong (Stock code: 8257).

Genes Tech Group is an investment holding company. The Company and its subsidiaries are principally engaged in the provision of turnkey solutions and the trading of semiconductor manufacturing equipment and parts.
