Conyers provided British Virgin Islands and Cayman Islands legal advice to Golden Wheel Tiandi Holdings Company Limited (“Golden Wheel Tiandi”) in connection with its offer to exchange its outstanding US$200 million 12.95% senior notes due 2022 and its US$255 million 14.25% senior notes due 2023 for an aggregate amount of US$144,999,000 new 16.0% senior notes due 2023.
Golden Wheel Tiandi Holdings Company Limited is a China-based investment holding company engaged primarily with property related businesses. Golden Wheel Tiandi operates through two business segments: property development and property leasing. Golden Wheel Tiandi is also involved in property operation management through its subsidiaries.
