Conyers Dill & Pearman provided BVI and Cayman Islands legal advice to Golden Wheel Tiandi Holdings Company Limited (the “Company”) in connection with its international offering of US$40 million principal amount of 7.00% senior notes due 2021 (to be consolidated and form a single class with the US$200 million principal amount of 7.00% senior notes due 2021 issued on 18 January 2018 and the US$160 million principal amount of 7.00% senior notes due 2021 issued on 5 March 2019).
Golden Wheel Tiandi Holdings Company Limited is a China-based investment holding company engaged primarily with property related businesses. The Company operates through two business segments: property development and property leasing. The Company is also involved in property operation management through its subsidiaries.
