Conyers Dill & Pearman provided Cayman Islands and BVI law advice to Golden Wheel Tiandi Holdings Company Limited (the “Company”) in connection with its US$100 million 8.25% senior notes due 2019. The estimated net proceeds from the issue of the Notes, after deduction of the underwriting discounts and other estimated expenses, will amount to approximately US$98.3 million. The Company intends to use such net proceeds to refinance existing indebtedness and for general corporate purposes.
Golden Wheel Tiandi Holdings Company Limited is a China-based investment holding company principally engaged in the property related businesses. The Company operates through two business segments. The Property Development segment is engaged in the development and sales of properties, including residential, office and commercial properties. The Property Leasing segment is engaged in the property leasing business, including the leasing of self-owned properties and subleasing of rented properties. The Company is also involved in the property operation management business through its subsidiaries.
