Conyers provided Cayman Islands legal advice to Green Future Food Hydrocolloid Marine Science Company Limited (the “Company”) in connection with its HK$232 million initial public offering of 200,000,000 shares on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong (Stock code: 1084).
The Company is a leading seaweed-based and plant-based hydrocolloid producer in the People’s Republic of China. Its products are commonly used in the food production process to enhance the appearance and texture of food.
