Conyers provided Cayman Islands legal advice to Greenland Hong Kong Holdings Limited in connection with the offering of US$150 million 9.625% bonds due 2022 issued by Greenland Hong Kong Holdings Limited.
Greenland Hong Kong Holdings Limited is a holding subsidiary of the Greenland Group, the Top 500 Groups in the world. The development projects of Greenland Hong Kong Holdings Limited cover various cities in the PRC across the country, centering on “medical health, business travel, technological innovation” and other advantageous industries to build up a composite industrial group.
