Conyers provided Cayman Islands legal advice to Grown Up Group Investment Holdings Limited (the “Company”) in connection with its HK$12.5 million initial public offering of 250,000,000 shares on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong (Stock code: 1842).
The Company sells a range of backpack and luggage products to private label customers, distributors, wholesalers and retailers located primarily in North America, Europe, the Middle East and the People’s Republic of China. It was founded in 1989 and is headquartered in Tai Po, Hong Kong.
