Conyers Dill & Pearman provided Cayman Islands legal advice to GT Steel Construction Group Limited (the “Company’) in connection with its HK$64.8 million initial public offering (IPO) of 12,000,000 public offer shares and 108,000,000 placing shares on the Growth Enterprise Market (GEM) of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong by way of share offer (Stock code: 8402).
GT Steel Construction Group Limited, an investment holding company, designs, supplies, fabricates, and erects structural steel works in Singapore. The Company offers steel structures, including I-beams, H-beams, trusses, and pillar support and steel gratings for the construction of buildings, including technological plants, industrial buildings, commercial buildings, government institutions, and residential buildings. It also provides pre-fabricated steel structures or on-site installation services, as well as auxiliary services for structural steel works projects. The Company was founded in 2003 and is headquartered in Singapore.
