Conyers advises Hao Bai International (Cayman) Limited in connection with its HK$65 million IPO

Conyers Dill & Pearman provided Cayman Islands legal advice to Hao Bai International (Cayman) Limited in connection with its HK$65 million initial public offering (IPO) of 325,000,000 Shares on the Growth Enterprise Market (GEM) of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong (Stock code: 8431).

Hao Bai International (Cayman) Limited engages in the design, procurement and installation of water circulation systems in Hong Kong and Macau. Its water circulation systems include swimming pools, water fountains, water curtains, etc. The company also offers consultancy services on the design of water circulation systems; and maintenance and repair services for water circulation systems.
