Conyers acted as special legal counsel in the Cayman Islands to Huijing Holdings Company Limited (“Huijing Holdings”) in connection with the issue by Huijing Holdings of 12.50% senior notes due 2022 of an aggregate principal amount of US$138 million (the “Notes”).
Conyers also acted as special legal counsel in the British Virgin Islands to the subsidiary guarantors of Huijing Holdings, Heng Fu Grand Holdings Limited, Heng Fu Grand Development Limited, Hai Feng International Holdings Limited, Hui Jing Group (International) Company Limited, Hui Kam International Holdings Company Limited and Great Mission Trading Limited in connection with the issuance of the Notes.
Huijing Holdings is an investment holding company mainly engaged in real estate development. The Company’s integrated property projects generally include residential and commercial properties. The Company mainly operates its business in the domestic market.
