Conyers provided Cayman Islands and British Virgin Islands legal advice to Hygieia Group Limited (the “Company”) in connection with its HK$125 million initial public offering of 500,000,000 shares on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong (Stock code: 1650).
The Company is an established general cleaning service provider in the environmental services industry headquartered in Singapore with operations in both Singapore and Thailand.
