Conyers Dill & Pearman provided BVI and Cayman Islands legal advice to Indigo Star Holdings Limited (the “Company”) in connection with its HK$60 million initial public offering (IPO) of 100,000,000 shares on the Growth Enterprise Market (GEM) Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong (Stock code: 8373).
Indigo Star Holdings Limited, operates as a subcontractor for structural reinforced and concrete works in Singapore. The Company undertakes reinforced concrete works comprising steel reinforcement, formwork erection and concrete works of general building and civil engineering projects, including residential housing, offices, commercial, industrial and institutional developments, special purposes constructions, mass rapid transit stations and infrastructure. It serves contractors of various types of general building or civil engineering projects. The Company was founded in 1996 and is headquartered in Singapore.
