Conyers advises Jiayuan International Group Limited with its issuance of US$50 million senior secured notes due 2019

Conyers Dill & Pearman provided BVI and Cayman Islands legal advice to Jiayuan International Group Limited in connection with its issuance of US$50 million senior secured notes due 2019.

Jiayuan International Group Limited is a property developer of large-scale residential complex projects and integrated commercial complex projects in the Jiangsu Province, the People’s Republic of China (PRC).

Counsel Wynne Lau of Conyers’ Hong Kong office advised on the matter working alongside Mayer Brown JSM.
