Conyers Dill & Pearman provided Cayman Islands legal advice to JTF International Holdings Limited (the “Company”) in connection with its HK$52.5 million initial public offering of 105,000,000 Shares on the GEM Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong (Stock code: 8479).
JTF International Holdings Limited engages in the wholesale of oil and other petrochemical products in the People’s Republic of China. Its commodities can be broadly categorized into fuel oil, refined oil, blended fuel oil, and other petrochemical products. Incorporated in 2014, the Company is based in Guangzhou, China and is a subsidiary of Thrive Shine Limited.
