Conyers provided British Virgin Islands and Cayman Islands legal advice to LFG Investment Holdings Limited (the “Company”) in connection with its HK$120 million initial public offering of 72,000,000 shares on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong (Stock code: 3938).
The Company is a financial services provider in Hong Kong. It provides corporate finance advisory services, underwriting services, securities dealing and brokerage services, securities financing services and asset management services.
