Conyers advises Magnum Opus 3 International Holdings Limited in connection with its HK$1.7 billion Guaranteed Secured Notes

Conyers Dill & Pearman provided BVI law advice to Magnum Opus 3 International Holdings Ltd in connection with the issue of senior secured guaranteed notes in an aggregate principal amount of up to HK$1.7 billion guaranteed by Mr. Kam Yuen and subscribed by China Minsheng Banking Corp., Ltd., Hong Kong Branch.

Magnum Opus 3 International Holdings Ltd operates as a holding company and provides investment services through its subsidiaries.
