Conyers provided British Virgin Islands and Cayman Islands legal advice to MEGAIN Holding (Cayman) Co., Ltd. (“MEGAIN”) in connection with its HK$157.5 million global offering of 125,000,000 shares on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong. (Stock Code: 6939)
Based in the PRC, MEGAIN researches, develops, manufactures and distributes compatible cartridge chips with both hardware and software components for printers.
