Conyers advises Morris Holdings Limited on HK$262.5 million IPO

Conyers Dill & Pearman provided Cayman Islands and BVI legal advice to Morris Holdings Limited in connection with its HK$262.5 million initial public offering of 250,000,000 Offer Shares on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong (SEHK stock code: 1575).

Morris Holdings Limited is a PRC manufacturer of upholstered sofas, exporting sofas and sofa covers to customers in overseas markets (predominantly the USA), as well as domestically through stores in China.
