Conyers Dill & Pearman provided British Virgin Islands and Cayman Islands legal advice to MS Concept Limited (the “Company”) in connection with its HK$67.5 million initial public offering of 250,000,000 shares on the GEM Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong (Stock code: 8447).
MS Concept Limited is engaged in the provision of catering services across Hong Kong. Founded in 2000 and headquartered in Hong Kong, the Company owns and operates 13 restaurants across the region providing western, international, and Japanese cuisines.
