Conyers has advised AP WIP Investments Holdings, LP, one of the largest global aggregators of real property interests underlying wireless telecommunications cell sites, on its US$860 million business combination with Landscape Acquisition Holdings Limited (LSE: LAHL / LAHW), a BVI special purpose acquisition vehicle listed on the London Stock Exchange.
