Conyers Dill & Pearman provided BVI legal advice to Vinci Airports (“Vinci”) on its acquisition of the airports management portfolio of Airports Worldwide. The deal, set to close later this year, will establish a foothold for Vinci in the United States, the world’s largest air transport market, as well as expanding its presence in Europe and South America. The acquisition of 12 airports will boost Vinci’s global network to 45 airports and increase the number of passengers in its airports by 25.6 million, resulting in over 182 million passengers a year passing through its network.

Partner Anton Goldstein and Associate Marcus Hallan of Conyers’ BVI office advised on the matter, working alongside Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe and Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer.
