Conyers provided Cayman law advice to PagSeguro Digital Ltd., a Brazil-based provider of financial technology solutions to consumers, entrepreneurs, micro-merchants and small to medium sized companies in Brazil, in connection with its US$653.3 Million Secondary Follow-on offering on the New York Stock Exchange.
