Conyers advises PCCW Limited in connection with its HK$8.5 billion share stapled unit offering

Conyers Dill & Pearman provided BVI law advice to PCCW Limited in connection with its HK$8.5 billion placement of share stapled units of HKT Trust Group by the vendor, CAS Holding No. 1 Limited.

PCCW Limited (SEHK: 0008) is a global company headquartered in Hong Kong which holds interests in telecommunications (HKT Trust and HKT Limited), media (PCCW Media), IT solutions (PCCW Solutions), property development and investment (Pacific Century Premium Developments Limited), and other businesses.
