Conyers acted as special legal counsel in the Cayman Islands to Medco Bell Pte. Ltd. (the “Issuer”) and PT Medco Energi Internasional Tbk. (“PT Medco”) in connection with the Issuer’s proposed issuance and sale to Morgan Stanley Asia (Singapore) Pte., Standard Chartered Bank (Singapore) Limited, Société Générale, Credit Suisse (Singapore) Limited, DBS Bank Ltd. and Mandiri Securities Pte. Ltd. of US$650 million in aggregate principal amount of 6.375% guaranteed senior notes due 2027.
