Conyers provided British Virgin Islands and Cayman Islands legal advice to Q&K International Group Limited (the Company) in connection with its initial public offering in the United States of Class A ordinary shares par value US$0.0001 per share of the Company in the form of American Depositary Shares (ADSs) and the listing of the ADSs on the Nasdaq Global Market.
The Company is a platform for young tenants, providing long-term apartment rentals. It was founded in 2012 and is based in Shanghai, the PRC.
