Conyers provided British Virgin Islands and Cayman Islands legal advice to Ronshine China Holdings Limited  (HKSE Stock Code 3301) (the “Company”) in connection with its issue of US$200 million 10.5% Senior Notes due 2022 to be consolidated and form a single series with the US$300 million 10.5% Senior Notes due 2022 issued on 1 March 2019.

The Company engages in property development in the People’s Republic of China. It was founded in 2003 and is headquartered in Shanghai, China.
