Conyers provided Cayman Islands legal advice to S.A.I. Leisure Group Company Limited (the “Company”) in connection with its HK$318.6 million initial public offering of 90,000,000 shares on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong (Stock code: 1832).

The Company provides leisure tourism services in the tropical Islands of Saipan and Guam. It operates through three segments: Hotel and Hospitality, Retail of Luxury Accessories and Destination Services. It was founded in 1997 and is headquartered in Kwun Tong, Hong Kong.
