Conyers Dill & Pearman provided BVI and Cayman Islands legal advice to S&P International Holding Limited (the “Company”) in connection with its HK$140.4 million initial public offering (IPO) of 270,000,000 Global Offer Shares on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong (Stock code: 1695).
S&P International Holding Limited engages in manufacturing and trading food products. It manufactures, packages, and sells coconut cream powder; low fat desiccated coconut, coconut milk products, non-dairy creamer and other food ingredients, such as rice dumplings (ketupat) and toasted coconut paste (kerisik). The Company offers its products under the Santan, Cocos, and Rasa Enak brand names to OEM customers, distributors, industrial customers, trading companies, and wholesaler customers. It operates in Malaysia, Jamaica, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Belize, Brunei, Canada, Hong Kong, Oman, Pakistan, Singapore, South Korea, Trinidad and Tobago, the United States, and the People’s Republic of China. The Company was incorporated in 2016 and is headquartered in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia.
