Conyers provided Bermuda law advice in connection with a private offering of US$450 million in senior notes due 2030 by Sensata Technologies, Inc., an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of Sensata Technologies Holding plc. Sensata Technologies intends to use the net proceeds from the offering to repay a portion of its outstanding term loan under its senior credit facilities.
