Conyers provided Bermuda law advice in connection with a private offering of US$750 million of 3.750% in senior notes due 2031 by Sensata Technologies, Inc., an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of Sensata Technologies Holding plc. Sensata Technologies intends to use the net proceeds from the offering to repay US$400 million of outstanding revolving borrowings under the senior secured credit facilities and for general corporate purposes including working capital. Sensata Technologies is one of the world’s leading suppliers of sensing, electrical protection, control and power management solutions with operations and business centres in 11 countries.
