Conyers provided British Virgin Islands and Cayman Islands legal advice to Shinsun Holdings (Group) Co., Ltd. (“Shinsun”) in connection with its HK$3.354 billion global offering of 600,000,000 shares on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong (Stock Code: 2599)
Shinsun is a real estate development company that establishes and markets low and high-rise residential apartment buildings, commercial facilities and office buildings etc. They also provides property management services in China.
